Manodo Metering is a manufacturer-independent software for individual meter reading in properties. It collects, processes and forwards data for analysis or billing.
The software itself is installed on a server and accessed easily via a client.  Since Manodo Metering is completely manufacturer-independent, you can use information from various sources and suppliers. You can also extend and develop parts of the information system chain without affecting other existing parts.

Real-time information on all energy consumption

Manodo Metering measures most energy forms: electricity, water, heat and temperature, and is designed to manage large data volumes in real time. The software provides continuous, real-time information on each property’s energy consumption, in total and for each apartment. Manodo Metering makes it possible to purchase electricity for the entire building, and allocate the costs by way of distribution metering.


With Manodo Metering you can decide what information you want from your data, and then customize the system. The program itself is easy to navigate with clear icons and smart functions. For instance it’s easy to select theme, colours and language.

Software with maximum flexibility

Manodo Metering is manufacturer independent, and offers a comprehensive, extendable and flexible solution, completely independent of manufacturer or supplier for the other parts of the system. Features can be added or replaced without affecting the other parts.
All measurement takes place in real time; everything is presented as it happens.

How Manodo Metering works

Manodo Metering provides a flexible, manufacturer-independent solution, much thanks to the fact that we have divided the chain for meter-reading, management, presentation and billing into different parts. Since we only use standard protocols, the parts are interchangeable.
The meters for electricity, hot and cold water, temperature and heat consumption read information that is then sent to a node. The node buffers the information and forwards it to Metering, by broadband/GPRS. The software then checks and prices the measurement values. The information can then be viewed online or via IPTV and an apartment display (e.g. Manodo SBox).

Help with operation and support

Manodo offers help with monitoring, operation and support of the entire system. We assist in the event of any operational problems, and ensure that technicians visit the location, if required. We also offer training for the person who will be managing the system’s operation.
