Manodo Analyser
Manodo Analyzer is a powerful tool providing property owner/managers with a uniform view of energy and resource usage across collective properties. This module analyzes data and presents values as a basis for both acute and long-term initiatives. Collected information is analyzed and presented in a variety of ways according it’s intended application within the organization. Measurements and usage calculations from heat, electricity, gas and water or other usage measurements that are of interest can be presented and linked to the respective properties. Values can be sorted and compared either manually or according to pre-defined templates.
Manodo Scada
Manodo Scada is a monitoring system included on the same platform as Analyzer (above). Use Manodo Scada to create a graphic interface for management information that is then made available to maintenance organizations. Data from all systems can be gathered into a common view by a common standard for the maximum overview. Scada standardizes communications to devices of different manufacturers to make sure that information can be presented in a uniform manner regardless of the vendor of devices installed in the apartments. Communication between different organization systems is via the OPC protocol – an established , industry standard for managed properties automation/processing. Operations information is presented through a standard web interface, available to any terminal or computer with Internet access.
